The Department of East Asian Languages and Civilizations at the
University of Chicago seeks to fill the position of Lecturer in Korean
Language. Applicants should have master's degree or higher. Training in
language pedagogy desirable. The successful applicant will be expected
to take initiative in developing Korean language instruction at the
University. Initial appointment for two years. Send letter stating
teaching objectives and experiences, c.v., and three letters of
recommendation to Chair, Korean Language Lecturer Search Committee,
Dept. of East Asian Languages and Civilizations, The University of
Chicago, Chicago, Illinois 60637. Review of applications will begin
December 20 and continue until the position is filled. The University
