It's called DDR and stands for Deutsche Demokratische Republik, in 
commemoration of Honecker's early hip-hop activities (he was a real 
visionary). Although, I should mention that some are of the opinion 
that the name for this interactive dancing simulator game actually 
stands for "Dance Dance Revolution" ... they just haven't studied 
history.
