[KS] PACKS submission deadline postponed

The following announcement is posted here for the organizing 
committee of PACKS.

Thank you very much for your interests and proposals to the Sixth PACKS.

The organizing committee decided the postponement of the deadline of 
the call for papers and panels until January 31, 2002.

The reason is that there are many scholars who asked delay of the 
deadline because of short time to organize panels. The committee 
agrees with the opinions and changes the deadline schedule.

Other information and schedules are same as our former announcement 
of the call for papers.
