[KS] Korean Studies Centers Consortium Workshop Deadline Extended

The deadline for applications to participate in the Fifth
International Workshop on Korean Studies, sponsored by the Worldwide
Consortium of Korean Studies Centers, has been extended to May 15,
2009. The workshop, on the theme “Korea Coping with Globalization,”
will be held July 7–10, 2009, at the Center for Korean Studies,
University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, Honolulu, Hawai‘i, U.S.A.

The institutions participating in the Worldwide Consortium of Korean
Studies Centers are Korea University, Seoul National University,
Yonsei University, Kyushu University, Peking University, Fudan
University, the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, UCLA, the University
of British Columbia, Harvard University, the Australian National
University, and the School of Oriental and African Studies, University
of London.
