[KS] How do you make Korean fonts work in Google Chrome?

Dear Aidan,

I don't know much about Chrome, but since it relies like the Safari 
browser by Apple on Webkit (underlying technology) there should be a 
menu like "Text Encoding". From there set it on Windows/Korean. That 
should do the trick.
