After sending the announcement of the December meeting of the Chosenshi
Kenkyukai I received an email reporting an error in the original
Japanese-language notice. Below is the revised English-language
announcement.

Dear Colleagues,

The December meeting of the Chousenshi Kenkyuukai will be held Saturday,
December 25 at the University of Tokyo. This month's speakers, who will

Colonial Taiwan"

Kimura Taku. "Choson sidae haeoe p'abyOng kwa Han-Chung kwangye: Choson
chibaech'Ung Ui Chungguk insik," by Kye SUngbOm, (Seoul: P'urUn YOksa, 2009).


The meeting will begin at 1:30 pm in the Akamon Sougou Kenkyuutou, Room
738 at the Hongou campus the University of Tokyo. The Hongou campus is
