[KS] How to read Hangeul on Mac

I have a MacBook purchased in South Korea, but here is how I get Han'gul to appear:

Drag down the US flag icon next to the volume icon on the upper right-hand corner of the screen, and a number of Han'gul options will appear. (Chinese also came standard with mine.) If no Han'gul options appear, then go to System Preferences and click "International." You will see all the language options available under the Input Menu. Once you have Han'gul available, you can easily switch back and forth between Roman letters and Han'gul by hitting the space bar and the Command key just to its left at the same time.

If you visit a Web page and the question marks you mention appear in place of Han'gul, then open and drag down the View bar, go to Text Encoding and you will get several Han'gul offerings along with most other language scripts, although it seems that when you try this it does not seem to do the trick for you. If none of these options help, then I suggest doing a Search in Naver or Daum, where you can usually find an answer to such questions by Korean Mac users.

Could someone please tell me how I can view Hangeul in KS Digest on a Mac (0S10.5). In Mac Mail or Gmail they always come out as question marks ???? no matter whether I use Korean encoding  EUC, ISO or DOS or any other encoding that I have tried.
