[KS] info sharing list of methods

Thank you Dr. Witteveen.
The availability of installable scripts is not any problem.

The 320 scripts listed below (many among them for message boards,
forums, micro blogs, RSS, video or music posting sites, document
sharing and Wiki sites) all install in 30 seconds and take between 20
minutes and an hour to configure for any particular use.

… and a few thousand more that take just a little longer to install
are listed here, by scripting language and category:
http://www.hotscripts.com/

The question I am still trying to get to is, which tool makes sense to
set up, that allows for fast, uncomplicated postings and replies (while
avoiding being spammed) for all the SMALL issues that people won't want
to post to the list (as an ADD-ON to the KS List, not directly related
to it). Again, I believe that a forum-style software will not work for
a small community, as people won't go there unless they "need"
something themselves. There are many Facebook clones out there, and
those would allow to do the same without being robbed of your
professional and personal data, yet, to me these scripts seem like a
"total overkill."
For example:

http://www.hotscripts.com/search/all-scripts/facebook+clone

Any examples of working solutions in other fields? -- if other fields
see the need for something like this?

Best regards,
Frank
