If I understand Dr. Breuker's reference correct it is at 2: 1a-5a.
(This is the third expanded edition of the Tongmunsŏn. Just use the 
"pdf" links on the right and allow the Kujanghack's dingdongs to run on 
your computer and get rewarded ... it's Papyrus).

PS: the search function above is quite useful to see where the poem is 
otherwise quoted/referred to -- I mean in classic works. Just enter 三都
賦 directly as a term.
