Director, Asia Program
 
CLOSES MARCH 23, 2015: The Asia Program is looking for a Director to serve as the Wilson Center's chief expert and strategist on matters pertaining to Asia and serves as
 senior advisor to the executive leadership of the Center on these issues. The Asia Program addresses a broad range of long term issues related to the Asia and Pacific region, including political, social, and economic development; the role of women; the aspirations
 of the younger generation; democratic and autocratic tendencies in governance; and U.S. policy toward the Asia and Pacific region. The Asia Program’s activities are intended to complement those of the Kissinger Institute on China-US relations. Most of these
 efforts take place within the Center itself in Washington, DC., but workshops, meetings and/or conferences are also held in the Asia and Pacific region or in other American or international cities.
