Hello Mark:

Nǒngno 넝로 -- no clue, never heard, but what comes to mind 
immediately when hearing "넝 + 로" is of course Marx' 
"Lumpenprotetariat" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lumpenproletariat), 
as a contraction of 넝마 + 로동.
