Agnieszka, that's by the preeminent neo-Confucian scholar, Zhu Xi 
(1130-1200; Chu Hsi in Wade Giles), the one with easy to remember 
dates. The 3rd and 4th lines of his "Youth" poem. There are very 
likely hundreds of translations, and this should be in any anthology 
of classical Chinese poetry. May even be in James Legge, not sure--if 
not, then Herbert A. Giles would sure have translated it as one of 
the first interpreters. This is indeed very often quoted or referred 
to and rephrased in Korean and Japanese poetry.



Even while the short dreams of the spring
Grasses by the pond are unawakened,
The paulownia leaves growing over the eaves
Are lured by the blowing autumn wind.
