[KS] Date of Poem 'Soil of the Homeland'

Dear List readers,

Would anyone happen to know the date this poem 'Soil of the Homeland' by
North Korean poet Heo Nam-gi was written?
I have suspicion to believe it was sometime in the 1970s. Any responses
would be appreciated. Poem is as attached.
